Place your orders
With Follow Me, you can record your orders in a matter of seconds:
manually encode the tools concerned,
or directly import a complete file if you manage large volumes.
For each tool, you select the type of intervention required (sharpening, reprofiling, etc.).
Your request is then instantly transmitted to our teams, who can immediately organize tool removal, launch preparation and integrate the order into the production flow.
Track your orders
For each of your orders, you have access to a complete and perfectly structured tracking system:
a detailed list of the tools concerned,
delivery note,
the invoice,
and all associated documents.
And for each tool, you have precise, up-to-date information:
complete history and status,
process steps in real time,
as well as all technical documents: monitoring sheets, inspection reports, measurements, etc.
