Careful monitoring
In order to guarantee optimal quality and to respect the class of your tools, we make sure to carry out checks on the tools.
To do this, we have chosen the best machines. We are equipped with Klingelnberg and Liebherr Wenzel machines.
A tool sharpened within the tolerance class and tested according to the product standard:
- Reduction of wear and therefore consumption of new tools
- Reduction of grinding times after cutting
- Reduction in cutting and grinding costs: up to 50%
