- Upon receipt: assessment of initial wear,
- After sharpening: verification of residual wear, burrs, and preparation checks,
- Geometric inspection: full measurement on Klingelnberg or Wenzel with report,
- After coating: adhesion check, impact resistance, and cutting edge radii.
We provide a detailed measurement report for each tool and ensure full traceability via our “Follow-Me” ERP.
